frog environmental are sponsoring the 16th annual River Restoration Centre conference that is returning to Whittlebury Hall in Northamptonshire on the 19 and 20th May.
This two day event has always had a great atmosphere bringing together delegates with a range of expertise across many scientific disciplines from public, private and charitable sectors to discuss best practice.
This year both Richard Haine and Leela O’Dea of frog environmental have been invited to speak.
Richard will be sharing his experience of managing the innovative and successful River Crane citizen science monitoring programme within a workshop environment, whilst Leela will be discussing the challenges of greening an urban river and how BioHaven floating islands have been used to create pocket wetlands that enhance the water space for both people and nature.
